So many states in the usa are legalizing marijuana,I live in ohio and its soon to be legal here. what does this mean for ohioians well if this law passes and it will(70% of americans favor this new bill)Marijuana would be taxed and sold just like tobacco to anyone 21 and older and you will be allowed to grow up to six plants for personal use(but only half can be female)and you have to grow in a locked room away from minors. Colorado made Marijuana legal jan. 1st. of this year and it has saved the state millions of dollars in the war on drugs. and generated just as much in tax money for the state with 40% going to schools.(pretty cool). you cant use in public, and driving while high has similar penalties as driving under the influence of alcohol. I will be voting for this! please feel free to post your comments below. Thanks.

I would vote for it, if my country would make it legal. Like Eeprom said people are already smoking it, so why shouldn't the state make a use of it. I think legalising marijuana would also lower criminal rate in the state, at least I know how it is in my country, instead of criminals making use of it better put some money in state's budget.

Pharma translates to witchcraft. Pharmacies are witchcraft shops. . . For that reason, i, a religious lady, cannot make use of any man made drugs! It will be highly irresponsible of i. So, yes, legalize cannabis already so i can make use of natures medicine.. Whats the problem exactly? Tax it. Create jobs by planting it, harvesting it, packing it, selling it, marketing it. I honestly don't see the downside.
