Editor have power to edit , close and protect topic ... then next stage Moderator have power to edit , close , protect and delete topic own and other users. then next stage next admin stage having power to add editor / moderator and controll all forums .

I jus mention abt a delete and edit button under the post which makes the process more easier(like what we see in facebook)

but such type of button made topic just fun and topic merely chatpost nothing else . others users hard work became in vain ... serious comment disappear friend. topic creator continue change /edit topic matter according users comments or different then users opinion . commentor's comments became laughing matter.
