Think about doing something out of the ordinary when you wake up. Say, if you normally don't go to animal shelters, maybe go to the store and buy some dog food and run it up to the local animal shelter.

Get a really close friend to play a game with you called "Gibberish". It's where you and your friend have to talk to each other for an extended amount of time speaking a made up language. This means you will have to resort to body language, drawings, and voice tones to get your message through.

Take a ten minute break during the day to go outside, sit on a bench, and watch people walk by.

Make up life stories for them. Name them. Make up the reason to why they are at that particular place.

Pretend you have a super cool superpower that you have to hide from people.

Imagine what the power is, how you use it, and when you will use it.

Rearrange your house or room or living area. This stimulates your brain because you have to learn how to get used to the new arrangement.

Set up room or area outside and cover it in cheap white sheets. Get some paint and just splash it around. It's a stress relief and fun.

Take a simple story beginning: For instance... 'I walked down the street and saw a.........' What did you see? What did you feel when you saw it? What happened next? You can use any story beginning and take it anywhere you like.
