Hi, we apologise for any inconvenience but we currently have put adding new smilies on hold while we clear out a few that aren't needed and also define some automatic parameters for new smilies. This situation should be resolved in the next 10 weeks, but in the meantime you may submit smilies to epicincognito

I did upload a 6kb an 100x100 and it dont want 2 go 2 Emoticons
