The 16th December is the victory Day of Bangladesh. Bangladesh got her freedom sacrificing the lives of 30 lacs people. It is a red letter day in the history of Bangladesh. In 1971, Bangladesh discloses herself as a new country and gets a place in the world map. On the 16th December we pompously celebrate the Victory Day every year. The government has declared it a public holiday. Our national flag is hoisted at schools, colleges, universities and even every institutions and offices of Bangladesh. We pray to almighty Allah for the martyrs of our liberation war. Thus we celebrate the day with pleasures. So we feel proud of our nation.
