Tecno p3 can be formatted by anybody even after you have been blocked from using the phone due to some reasons,one of which is trying to unlock the phone with a wrong code or puzzel, which is the most common unlock pattern that is been used by many of the china phones we use now.

NOTE:This steps are only necessary when you have forgotten your gmail login details which is legalised procedure for unblocking your mobile.
(1)Press and hold the following keys at once-
The power on key and the volume + key.
Release your hand when the formating page is displayed.
Use the volume keys to scroll up and down and use the power key for ok.
Kindly scroll to the format option and click ok, after that a massage will be displayed that your phone as been formatted, then scroll to the reboot option to reboot your phone and you are good to go
