Most Western countries are Christian run goverments, but they still allow freedom of religion and belief. Church and state has worked for a long time. It has its pro's and con's though. One nation one religion - no thank you. The very pillars of my Faith is build on free will, i would like to remain free. . The problem however comes in when monogamy which is the order of the day and the law clashes with religion - a muslim taking a second wife, in the event of death the state only recognizes the first wife. . Its difficult. The nation should find common ground with all religions.
