Ragnorak's late show - interview with Lelsi by NinthElement 2013/07/17 22:58
A warm welcome to my guest tonight, Amela, better known to us at 2wap as Lelsi. -king- Really good to have you with us. Are you ready for your interview?

Lelsi 2013/07/17 23:07
Hello Liam, and hello everyone. Thank you for inviting me to be your guest tonight, it's a pleasure to be here too. Sure I am ready /smiley.
NinthElement 2013/07/17 23:10
First let me begin by asking, how did you first come across 2wap and what were your first impressions of the site? Also, do you remember your first buddy or friend that you made here?
Lelsi 2013/07/17 23:21
I came to know about 2wap by chance, was doing the night shift at work and since I was getting bored, browsed the net and run into 2wap registration page. So , out of the curiosity and boredom I joined. My first impression, honestly didn't browsed around much, neither explored much, as I didn't understand anything /smiley.
But returned after two weeks, and one of my first friends was Abishek, whom, unfortunately, I don't see around lately..And that's how I got here and still am .

NinthElement 2013/07/17 23:29
That's a great story, I hope many others will find this place in similar circumstances. /smiley And let's hope Abishek reads this sooner or later. Have you ever brought someone here whom you know in real life, and if so who? Otherwise, which person or persons here would you like to meet and why?
Lelsi 2013/07/17 23:39
Hmmm that's a difficult question whom I'd like to meet in person, will get back to it later.
The only person I brought here and whom I know in real is actually my sister /smiley, and she recently has joined, but unfortunately due to her studies is not much active.
I've met so many good people here ,I've learnt something from them , shared experiences and life stories, with some of them I maintain the contact out of 2wap too, so pointing out only a few on my wish to meet in person list wouldn't be much fair..
If it would be possible, would like to meet all of them, but knowing that such a nice people are part of my life is also a great gift to have.

NinthElement 2013/07/17 23:47
I think it's wonderful you've taken 2wap to heart so much that there are too many people to name whom you'd like to meet. /smiley And it is good to know someone very close to you has seen this place too. Tell me, what are the proudest moments or achievements in your life you'd like to share with us, both online and in the real world?
Lelsi 2013/07/18 00:03
I just appreciate every person who has touched life in any way, either here or in real world, such people are good to have around.
The things I consider as the biggest achievements in my real life, that's not the day I graduated at the university nor getting a job or similar stuff..I would say only I'm happy and satisfied with everything I've achieved so far and with the fact I did everything alone. You can achieve anything you want and wish for if you have a strong will, at least that's my motto.
And here, well, you know me, whatever I do for our community, I don't expect any credit for it,those things are on others to judge, but I can say I'm happy because I manage to stay calm and neutral(just like Switzerland) all the time, no matter what happens, whatever happens I'm always the same.

NinthElement 2013/07/18 00:12
I think it's an admirable achievement to maintain one's independence and neutrality in everything you do. /smiley Which causes do you believe in or have a passion for? And if you became leader of your country or gained a similarly influencial position, what changes would you like to make to further those causes or otherwise make the world a better place?
Lelsi 2013/07/18 00:27
To make a world better place and to further the causes you have passion for you don't need any influential position, everything starts with the individuals, still you can contribute to your community without getting exposed to the public. That's why I never wish to become a leader, I am a member of several organisations in my place and never wanted to take that seat which has been offered to me few times.
Being an ordinary person and being able to do something worthy enough to make a change is enough for me.
I kinda have a passion for helping lol, whatever happened where the volunteers were needed I joined, it don't cost you nothing but your time and the feeling you get in return is your reward, not the credit from the people, knowing you made a difference is enough, at least to me.

NinthElement 2013/07/18 00:34
Very well said, the world will always need helpers and voluteers for various needs and an organisation is only as good as each pair of hands. /smiley Tell me some things you like to do with your leisure time when you're not working, volunteering or browsing 2wap?
Lelsi 2013/07/18 00:47
Eh my favorite question now /smiley, I like the nature and I use every single free moment to spend it outside with some good friends, even in the winter season lol.
And of course, I have a passion for music and good movies, so here and there those fits in my spare time .

NinthElement 2013/07/18 01:00
It sounds like you have a fond appreciation for the great outdoors as well as the pleasures of the home /smiley If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be and who would you take with you? And also if you could travel back in time, is there any point and place in history that would interest you to observe?
Lelsi 2013/07/18 01:13
I would travel to rural China with a good friend of mine , and the place in history, honestly, I would wish to come back to time where there was no phones, no internet, not much technology which , apart from its advantages, also led to make people the strangers to each others. Perhaps to travel to one of the prehistoric ages lol..
NinthElement 2013/07/18 01:18
Very interesting destination. Indeed, too much supply can lead to a drop in demand and that can apply to the ease of communication we have in this modern age. Anyway, you touched on your love of music. What would your "desert island discs" be, and is there any particular artist you have an admiration for?
Lelsi 2013/07/18 01:33
This is not something I can answer easily, because I listen to various artists and genres, and I cannot say I admire someone in particulat because I focus more on the vocal abilities , the music itself and lyrics more than at the artists and their lives... But I do have "my babies" among my compilation of cd's, that's Metallica's albums and 2 Iron Maiden and KISS vinyl records which I've got as a gift, those say do not touch me without a permission .
NinthElement 2013/07/18 01:43
Excellent, it is intriguing to know you like a bit of metal among the various genres you enjoy .guitar1. My final question now... Where do you see yourself in say 5 years from now, as in what advancements would you most like to make in your life compared to now or which ambitions or aspirations would you like to fulfill?
Lelsi 2013/07/18 01:55
At the moment I am working on that exactly, trying to fulfill my ambition and hopefully it will take me less than five year hehe..But, won't disclose that, they say don't talk about something much if you are not sure it will happen and that you'll succeed, otherwise you'll get disappointed. I just hope in 5 years I'll be healthy, happy , the same person as today, surrounded by the people I love , and, who knows what else may happen/smiley..
NinthElement 2013/07/18 02:08
It's great to know you are already working on your ambition, it does make sense to work without the pressure of expectation but I hope you'll let us know when you do fulfill it /smiley Thanks very much for joining us this night Amela, it has been fascinating. And thanks too to all our viewers for staying with us. Goodnight everyone /smiley
