As net user I don't why PPl join staff team..... site owner or head admin any time kick out u... they use u nd throw out any time.. like a wastage garbage... but many PPl want power n tools in own hand...
So my simple advise u don't join team.. live life as common user... site using u only

i was on team many years ago and was sheite so left of own accord.....for many perhaps the staff position online fills some POWER void they have offline
