Don’t eat or drink around your laptop. You don’t want to get the keys and mouse dirty or sticky with food. Liquid spills are very dangerous and can severely damage your laptop soavoid any open liquids near your laptop.

Take a damp (not dripping) lint free, non-abrasive cloth and wipe the outside of the laptop and the screen in a circular motion to remove any dust andfingerprints. Never spray any liquid on your LCD screen because it can completely mess up the resolution. You can purchase LCD screen cleaners from computer and office supply stores. Always put the cleaner onto the cloth and wring it out before wiping yourscreen.

You can attach the brush-like attachment to sweepup and dirt and dust stuck in between the keys, vents, and ports. The vacuum attachment can suck up any extra dirt left behind. If you don’t want to use a computer vacuum, you can use a can of compressed air. If you use the compressed air method, be careful not to spray into the vents or ports too hard.
