Humans have the remakable ability to get exactly what they must have. But there is a difference between a "must" and "want".
When you know what you want, and you want it badly enough, you'll find a way to get it.
Motivation alone is not enough. If you have an idiot and you motivate him, now you have a motivated idiot.
If you wish to find, you must search. Rarely does a good idea interrupt you.
My suggestion would be walk away from the 90% who don't and join the 10% who do.
