U & I, We r all web browsing guys & grls. We luv chat day & night. But Do u often skip ur normal sleep just to be here wit ur frnds? Or in another word. Are u getting enough sleep to keep ur body healthy?

Yes I feel comfort during my sleep like we feel, when a rain drop falls on us. Of course I too chat but follow all limits, time & attitude both.

i sleep at 3 or 4 am. and getup at 6 am.
during day time i feel restless., i get angry on small issues, sometime i don't even answer to anyone properly but i have to be awake at nights.

Eeprom: yes its gr8 i love 2wapworld im online 24/7 its my life unfortunately my job is suffering my boss caught me posting in religion forums instead of welding some pipework he said i should use 2wapworld more responsibly
