MP4 to FLV Conversion

I expect to upload an AVI video on my blog, but the problem is that I cannot upload it directly as I did on Facebook. So I may need to convert MP4 to FLV format. I searched a tutorial named MP4 to FLV in google, could you buddies suggest me more ideas?

Upload it to youtube and just place the embedded code on your blog. quite easy.
