Personal smiley is a customized smiley of a user's nick, i.e. smiley, which is being made specially for a user upon a request. It can be used as a signature and each person is only entitled for 2 Personal Smilies max.
Member who wants to order Personal Smiley should have at least 250 posts for the 1st smiley and 1,000 posts for the 2nd to qualify as well as 750 pluses available for the coding fee.Also an artist fee of 250 pluses will be charged as soon as a request is placed along with the description, this fee is refundable only if the smiley is not created.
Please contact a staff member to be put in touch with a smiley artist who will create one for you. If you create your own smiley, be aware that it must be approved by the Admin and the coding fee will still apply

Or is it only if the smiley maker is not a staff, then the codding fee apply -grins- but if the smiley maker is a staff then you can get free for the codding fee

Gheeezzz Maaan you dont play fair ^o^ you make the rules and you broke it your self. You charge ma customer with one hell huge price to code their smiley, but you gave a tiny winy freely fee of code for your customer. And No Rules apply for them too
