Psychological issues such as stress, anger, anxiety, shame and love drive us to crave either sweet, crunchy, chewy or creamy foods: A.> Crunchy Bite; if you're feeling stressed, resentful, bitter or frustrated, you're likely to turn to foods that you crunch... B.> Creamy Comfort; We crave for soft foods such as ice cream or cheeses, when we feel anaxious, insecure, embrassed and guilty, because they can be relaxing and comforting.. C.> Chewy Delight; The urge to grab chewy food comes when we are harbouring long-suppresed feelings of either jealousy, confusion, dread that something awful will happen, or self-loathing.. D.> Hot & Spicy; Tendency of grabing spicy and hot food means you crave excitment and intensity in your life, and may not be getting enough thrills.. E.> Fun With Nuts; Craving for nuts could indicate you are fun deprived.. F.> Simple Delights; Peoples who are stressed, tense or frightened crave more for carbohydrates such as bread, rice, pasta.. G.> Cakes N Bakes; Craving for biscuits, cakes and pies reflects a desire for comfort and reassurance, but it can also signal a resistance to doing something you don't want to do.. H.> Chocolate Desires; Choclate is one of the most common cravings especially when we are in need of love or are feeling disappointed in a relationship...

Most interesting.
I eat all of these things from time to time but will have to refer to this when I have a particular craving.

I have a craving for chocolate but it's my naughty thing. Though I think it is natural to crave love in our lives, don't you agree?
