To whom does the congratulation go to when the movie hits the blockbuster? Or the movie is perfect to audiences' perceptions? When the movie is complimented? Do we congratulate the actors/actresses for their successful acting? Or the directors who make the movies?

I believe the congratulations should go out to the writer of the story, really... Cz no matter how good the acting and directing may be, if the story sucks, no one's gonna bother watching it.
