"I'm calling to report my neighbor Billy! He's hiding marijuana inside his firewood."

Next day, FBI agents descend on Billy's house, searched everywhere. Using axes, they burst open every piece of wood, but find no marijuana.They swore at Billy & left...
The phone rings at Billy's house:"Hey! Did the FBI come?"
"Yeah!"
"Did they chop your firewood?"
"Yep."
"Happy Birthday, Buddy"~
