Gender balance in 2wap staffs

wha tha heck...i mean i cant believe whats going on inside 2wap...95% of staffs in here are male,while 5% are females....there is a major problem dat must be dealt with coz when you take a look at this sites statistics....75% of users here are females while only 25% are males..de other 5% are unknown....males have a vast drop in ocean but still they are most leading staffs here of 5 ADMINS....and around 17 male MODS.....despite that some continents are also being favored alot for staffs AFRICA has less...while other continent have more....do you think that we shud have gender balances in our 2wap staffs?
