Sure, but would you please enlighten us, what type of error u face while opening fb? Does it just not open at all, it could be some network problem.

it opens sometimes but mostly not. . None of the browsers are able to open it. .the error says unable to open the site/unknown error. All other sites open nicely

Very peculiar. Try downloading an updated version of all browsers like opera, safari , firefox and mostly internet explorer

Bro it happens when someone blocks or most likely reports your profile.
It also temporarily disables your profile when the friends request you have sent, are not being accepted.

as i understand you have a problem of log in to facebook from the private PC. it is cause of the IP adress, so my solution is :
open www.zend2.com and write in the url bow situated inside the site the facebook adress, and log in . 100% workful
