The goals when creating a secure password should be to create a password which :
* Is long (atleast 8/ 12 characters)
*Doesnt use a dictionary word
*Use mixed case
*Should contain atleast one digit
*Should contain atleast one non-alphanumerical character.

While this will all create a password that is difficult to crack , it will also make it difficult to remember..There is no point of choosing a very secure password if in the end it is too difficult to remember, and requires u to write it down and keep it in ur desk drawer.Its hard to say what is the lesson here, whether u should memorise ur password better, or choose an easier to remember ,but comparitively less secure password..

A good way to over come this problem is to create a password based on some memory tricks..Instead of remembering the password, you could assosiate it with something easy to remember in itself-not ur personal data !! You could go about this both ways, either take a randomly generated password and create a trick to remember it..

this could be memorised as "when 9 centuries You reach look as good u not"
the sentance doesnt make sense, but that might just make it easier to remember! Alternatively you can take a meaningful phrase and make it into a complicated password..

you also can use your own languages words along some digits and dots but at the end its important that you memorise what you,ve used as your password. Best is to write them down on your mobile in notes
