HINTS TO WINLOGON PROBLEM

I TOLD THIS BE4. perhaps its because of tune-up utilities. it deletes the secondary login file which results in winlogon.exe problem. it was a big problem for me as i had to format often. but since my last format i have not installed it and installed antimalware instead of antivirus and its fine now!
