This is the year when we all became gamers. Whether it was honing our strength and balance on Wii Fit, fulfilling our rock star fantasies with Rock Band and Guitar Hero, creating new levels for Sack Boy in LittleBigPlanet, training our brain with Dr Kawashima, or gunning our way through Locust hordes in Gears of War, there can be few people left in the country who have not picked up and played a computer game in the last 12 months.
